April Guild Afternoon Tea
The April Afternoon Tea hosted by the Rochester Symphony Guild was a success thanks to the hard work of the Guild ladies and speaker Phyllis Barkey! Our location at the conservatory in the Rochester Community House was beautiful with the natural light of the cold, spring day flooding through the windows. As requested, Phyllis Barkey presented on Lucille Ball and brought a full display of I Love Lucy books, knick-knacks, and memorabilia. She even put on a bright pink chef’s hat and an I Love Lucy apron depicting the famous chocolate factory episode. A big thank you to all the ladies who attended and Phyllis for a lovely afternoon and a delightful luncheon tea.
